Payment and Subscription Terms

Limitation of Liability

Ilyraen CRM and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to Ilyraen CRM exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ilyraen CRM and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These limitations and exclusions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of whether a remedy fails its essential purpose.

Termination and Suspension

Ilyraen CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability to you. Reasons for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to violations of these terms, unlawful activities, or requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access Ilyraen CRM will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all related information and files. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to our services.

If you wish to terminate your account with Ilyraen CRM, you may do so by contacting us at support@ilyraen.com. Upon termination, we will handle your request promptly and in accordance with our data retention policies.

Sections such as Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive any termination of these terms and your use of Ilyraen CRM.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and your use of Ilyraen CRM shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in our official business address. Any disputes arising under these terms or related to your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

You agree that any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to Ilyraen CRM must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim shall be permanently barred.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ilyraen CRM regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Your continued use of Ilyraen CRM after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
